Philosophy

Jessica is passionate about treating the whole person, and believes in supporting health through functional foods, in order to hold space for the body's innate ability to heal itself.

She creates custom, easy-to-manage plans for each patient, which, in addition to specific dietary recommendations, may include functional lab testing, herbal medicine and therapeutic-grade supplements. She also provides patients with stress-management techniques, sleep hygiene adjustments and self-care suggestions, along with ongoing support and encouragement.
